Pero las ventas son a menudo un factor cr\u00edtico. Por eso, tener a una persona capaz de vender ya sean productos, servicios o soluciones con eficacia es tan importante como que el portfolio de la empresa sea de calidad.<\/p>\n<p>A menudo asociamos los comerciales con profesionales con gran capacidad de palabra y persuasi\u00f3n. Pero, \u00bfes suficiente? Hay algunas otras habilidades que no debemos olvidar a la hora de seleccionar un buen comercial para nuestra empresa.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Constancia, seriedad y rigor<\/strong>. Tiene que tratar todos los procesos comerciales con la misma dedicaci\u00f3n, \u00a1todos son importantes! Adem\u00e1s, debe ser consciente de que los clientes no son amigos aunque a veces lo parezcan, por lo que debe saber diferenciar cada situaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organizaci\u00f3n y autodisciplina<\/strong>. Es muy importante planificar y registrar todos los pasos, y revisarlos para ver en qu\u00e9 pueden mejorar. As\u00ed podr\u00e1n alcanzar los objetivos fijados, e incluso superarlos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Honestidad<\/strong>. \u00bfMienten los vendedores? Eso es lo que piensa mucha gente. Pero un buen vendedor no lo har\u00e1, y eso se transmite al cliente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Empat\u00eda y facilidad para ganarse la confianza ajena<\/strong>. En toda relaci\u00f3n la confianza es el pilar m\u00e1s importante: se ganar\u00e1 la del cliente poni\u00e9ndose en su piel, entendiendo sus necesidades y d\u00e1ndole soluciones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Excelente comunicador<\/strong>. No nos podemos olvidar de la necesidad de tener labia para ser un buen comercial: sus mensajes no sonar\u00e1n a publicidad, sino a resoluci\u00f3n de problemas, y adem\u00e1s romper\u00e1n con lo que estamos acostumbrados a escuchar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gran negociador<\/strong>. No solo har\u00e1 llegar el mensaje deseado al cliente, sino que lo persuadir\u00e1.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Perseverante y orientado a resultados.<\/strong> Ya sean a corto, medio o largo plazo, su objetivo es alcanzarlos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Confianza en s\u00ed mismo y en su producto<\/strong>. Para que los dem\u00e1s crean en su palabra y en lo que vende, primero tiene que confiar s\u00ed mismo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conocimientos del producto<\/strong>. Capaz de resolver cualquier duda que le pueda surgir al cliente, y no solo de cerrar la venta. Tiene que saber posicionarse como el aliado perfecto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ganas de aprender<\/strong>. Todo cambia: el producto, el mercado, la competencia, los clientes, las estrategias, las herramientas\u2026 La capacidad de aprendizaje para adaptarse a estos cambios y no quedar obsoleto es esencial.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En definitiva, la labor comercial es imprescindible para que una empresa, sea del tipo que sea, exista y tenga continuidad.
